Refund policy
All of our goods are considered custom, made-to-order, vintage, antique, fine art, or one-of-a-kind and thus final sale.
We are only able to accept returns in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, ANY AND ALL DEFECTS MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY WHEN DISCOVERED. SHOULD A PRODUCT BE DEEMED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AFTER OUR INTERNAL REVIEW, OUR POLICY IS TO REPLACE IT IN-KIND OR WITH STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.
We sell all of our products with the belief that they are of suitable quality and will serve their intended purpose. We take great care in inspecting and packing our wallpapers in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We highly recommend white-glove packing, transportation & installation services are employed for all furnishings purchases. In all circumstances, you as the customer, must take into account your particular situation and the conditions of the intended site.
Wallpaper:
This must be within 3 business days of delivery. No claims will be honored after merchandise has been cut or hung. No labor claims will be honored for any reason.
Please do not throw away your box or packaging until you have inspected your goods. If your order was damaged in transit, we must receive photos of the outside of the box as well as how the wallpaper was packed. We are unable to submit a claim or process a refund without these images.
Furnishings:
This must be documented by your carrier at the time of pick up from our studio or warehouse. All claims or relief for merchandise damaged during transport are the responsibility of the carrier, transport provider and/or installer. No labor claims will be honored for any reason.
In all circumstances, our liability will not exceed the purchase price and/or invoiced value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, financial, or other losses or exemplary damages, whether based in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise.
