Lead Times

Responsible production practices, along with quality material fabrication, takes time. With this in mind, all our goods are made-to-order and have an associated lead time.

Our lead times vary by product and any lead times provided do not include transit times. All lead times provided are our best estimates, but are subject to change.

Any orders received during a holiday closure period will processed when we reopen. Additionally, lead times may be extended during a holiday season or as a result of the ongoing supply chain issues pertaining to the global pandemic. Should this impact your order, we will notify you promptly once we are aware.

Samples:

Our sample orders are typically processed 2 times a week. We are unable to ship samples on weekends or during holiday closures.

We do our best to update our online inventory when a sample is out-of-stock, if we happen to realize your requested sample is out of stock, we will notify you right away. We would be happy to refund you or send it out as soon as the sample is available, depending upon your preference.

Wallpaper Orders:

Lead times will vary depending upon the pattern, ground and printing method. Approximately 7-10 days after your order is received, we will update you with the anticipated ship-date. Once your order has shipped we will update you with a tracking number.

Furniture Orders:

Lead times vary based upon the item, material and type of finish. Lead times specific to upholstery items with C.O.M. (customers' own materials) fabrics or trim cannot be processed without a completed C.O.M. identification form. The lead time for these orders will commence when your materials are received. Lead times specific to customization requests will commence when your signed D.F.A. (design for approval) is received. Please allow us up to two (2) weeks to turn around the D.F.A. documents.

Upon completion, your goods will be transferred to our receiving warehouse and we will notify you they are ready for pick-up. We are unable to release goods for pick-up without 2 business days notice and the name of your designated carrier in advance. Goods left at our warehouse for longer than 2 weeks, will be assessed a $250 fee per item, per month. All balances due will need to be paid in full before your goods can be released.

Studio Closures:

Our studio is open Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Additionally, we are closed for the last 10-14 days of December, typically reopening between the 4th and 7th of January.

Wallpaper Variation

Due the bespoke and small batch nature of our production process, variations may occur. This can be the result of fluctuation in the printing process, as well as the handmade nature of some of our grounds. 

All items are made to order, thus products printed at different times will be from different dye lots. While we strive to retain consistency, allowances are made for up to a 10% tolerance of variation. 

Grasscloth Variation

Dye-lot variation is inherent to grasscloth. Due to the handmade nature of this product, it may have fading or variation at the seams. This is part of the beauty of the product and is not considered a defect. Natural variation may be more pronounced on darker grounds and depending upon the skill level of the installer. This look is not for everyone; please take this into account before ordering.

Furniture Variation

Wood, stone and brass are natural material. There are inherent variations in the color and pattern. The goods you received may vary from the photographed products or our finish samples. This is not considered a defect. The variation is especially pronounced on our burl wood and stone finishes, which are part of each materials' natural beauty.

Sale of Goods

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

We are a small, boutique line. We are committed to making responsibly and not overproducing. Our view is to make future heirlooms. With this in mind, we do not stock inventory of our furniture or wallpaper collections; these items are made-to-order.

All goods available on our site are considered custom, made-to-order, vintage, antique, fine art and/or one of a kind.

We sell all of our goods with the belief that they are of suitable quality and will serve their intended purpose. We take great care in inspecting and packing our goods in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. You, as the customer, must take into account your particular situation and the conditions of the intended site.

In all circumstances, our liability will not exceed the purchase price and/or invoiced value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, financial, or other losses or exemplary damages, whether based in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise.

Defective Merchandise

We take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

Wallpaper:

For wallpaper, this must be within 3 business days of delivery. No claims will be honored after merchandise has been cut or hung. No labor claims will be honored for any reason.

Please do not throw away your box or packaging until you have inspected your goods. If your order was damaged in transit, we must receive photos of the outside of the box as well as how the wallpaper was packed. We are unable to submit a claim or process a refund without these images.

Furnishings:

For furnishings, this must be documented at the time your carrier arrives for pick-up from our warehouse. All claims or relief for merchandise damaged during transport are the responsibility of the carrier, transport provider and/or installer. No labor claims will be honored for any reason.

In all circumstances, any and all defects must be reported immediately when discovered. Should a product be deemed damaged or defective, after our internal review, our policy is to replace in-kind or with store credit. We do not provide refunds.
